
Drive Sales Growth Specialist

As a Trade Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting standout in-store experiences. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive trade marketing brand plans that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop revenue-generating marketing campaigns that meet business needs.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials and communications, including print and digital assets.
- Champion new product development to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Determine and manage key performance metrics, reporting on investment return.
- Devising and implementing all product and channel marketing communications.
- Responsible for the implementation of digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive growth.
- Manage external suppliers, including creative, media, and PR agencies.
Requirements:
- Background in a management-level position from food retail or FMCG industries with tertiary qualifications in a relevant management/business discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- 4+ years' experience in marketing with a genuine passion for digital industry concepts and SEO/SEM knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
- Familiar with SEO and SEM concepts and ability to question the relevant agency on their implementation and strategy.
- Able to work autonomously and take hands-on approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- QSR background (i.e. McDonald's, Hungry Jack's, Subway, Nando's, Grill'd, and Domino's Pizza)
