Job Description

In this role as Business Development Specialist - Client Engagement, you will play a key part in supporting the success of the client journey and enhancing client engagement. Your responsibilities will include contacting clients to offer and schedule complimentary review meetings, monitoring diaries to service clients, and working closely with the sales team to ensure client expectations are met at a service level.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize. You should also have experience in Salesforce and ideally Marketo or an automation platform. A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
