People & Culture Business Partner - Workforce Enablement Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting effective workforce management across the organisation, partnering with stakeholders to drive best practice people management and engaged teams.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on employee relations, including ER matters, Award and Legislation interpretation, workplace investigations, performance and conduct issues, and the general navigation of employee life cycles.
- Buid influential relationships with business leaders, providing coaching and development in people management knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development of P&C best practice solutions, systems and processes, focusing on continuous improvement and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team on diverse projects, systems, processes, and people.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a People & Culture Advisor or People & Culture Business Partner role.
- Tertiary studies in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to dissect complex matters and provide sound advice.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in report writing.
- Demonstrated experience in workplace investigations, grievance resolution, and employee relation matters.
- A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
