About This Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead the delivery of high-impact programs and events focused on enhancing student employability. In this exciting role, you will take charge of developing and executing initiatives that drive engagement and communications, while also driving promotional strategies.
From creating standout events to crafting compelling content, you will support awareness-building, connection-making, and participation-enhancing across the board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of programs and events aimed at enhancing student employability, including extracurricular activities and industry partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive engagement, coordinate strategic events, and enhance relationships to boost student employability.
  • Create marketing content, manage website updates, and coordinate communications to support programs, ensuring alignment with branding and priorities.
  • Collect and manage data on engagement activities, support reporting, and monitor program effectiveness to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team systems and processes by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and student experience.

About You
The ideal candidate should possess degree qualifications in business, marketing, events, communications, or a related field, along with relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You should have proven experience coordinating programs and events, including stakeholder engagement, on-the-ground delivery, and managing formal communications.
A strong background in creating and delivering marketing collateral, digital content, and presentations is essential, as well as experience managing data from multiple sources and compiling accurate reports.
