Retail Food Group (RFG) is looking for a Franchise Engagement Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen connections with our franchise partners, champion their voices, and foster trust across our national network.

What you'll be doing:
- Design and deliver national franchise engagement and feedback programs
- Coordinate surveys, track partner sentiment, and report insights to senior leader
- Lead the planning and execution of national franchise roadshows across key regions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape event agendas and key messages
- Manage the weekly franchise communications calendar and create brand-aligned content
- Develop toolkits, FAQs, and talking points to support field teams
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment across all communication channels
- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and internal teams
- Act as a key contact for feedback, escalation, and two-way communication
- Provide regular updates on partner sentiment, risks, and opportunities
What we're looking for:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced engagement professional who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful partner experiences. You'll be a natural communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to turn insights into action and connect engagement strategy to business outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in franchise, communications, stakeholder engagement or similar roles
- Proven success in writing clear, effective business communications and managing engagement initiatives
- Strong project management skills with great attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence in both written and verbal communication
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to turn feedback and insights into meaningful action
- A natural relationship builder with empathy, professionalism, and a partner-first approach
- Proactive and hands-on, with strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, able to tailor messages for a wide range of audiences
Added advantage if you have:
- Experience in QSR, food retail or franchise environments
- Familiarity with feedback platforms like CultureAmp or Qualtrics
- Event coordination or facilitation experience
