Are you a driven and strategic Business Development Manager ready to make an impact in the civil and construction industry?
Dynamic Hydro Excavations is expanding in Brisbane and seeking an experiencedBDMto lead growth, strengthen client relationships, and secure new opportunities across Queensland.
About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of Dynamic Hydro Excavations in Brisbane, responsible for building strong client partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
You'll work closely with our operations team to deliver tailored solutions for contractors, councils, and infrastructure partners.
What You'll Be Doing
Identifying and developing new business opportunities across civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Preparing proposals, tenders, and presentations to secure new projects
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Representing Dynamic Hydro Excavations at industry events and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within civil, construction, or related industries
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Existing industry contacts and networks (highly regarded)
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
