Schools across Western Australia and South Australia are partnering with our organisation to deliver high-quality Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs.

About the Role

We seek an experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with teachers, VET in Schools staff, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster ongoing relationships with schools, promoting collaborative success and program longevity.
  • Support schools in providing a comprehensive range of qualifications, encouraging student participation and positive learning experiences.
  • Engage with new schools and teachers, sharing the value of our services.
  • Contribute to making a positive impact on students' lives, empowering them to succeed in their VET pathways.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles, ideally within an educational or secondary school setting.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technological confidence, with the ability to troubleshoot common computer and software problems.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • A genuine interest in supporting the success of VET programs in schools.
