Lead Clinical Contracts Specialist

This role involves leading a team responsible for managing clinical trial agreements with institutions and investigators. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. They will be responsible for developing, negotiating, tracking, and executing global clinical study agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective contract management processes
  • Negotiating contracts with institutions and investigators
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing OR
  • Juris Doctorate or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by influence rather than positional power to accomplish critical deliverables
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
