Job Overview

This exciting opportunity as Part Time Assistant Store Manager at Sportscraft Rose Bay store offers the chance to lead a talented team and drive store performance through sales, visual merchandising, and expense control while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Assist the Store Manager in driving team performance, productivity, and skill development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by controlling stock, executing flawless visual merchandising, and upholding brand standards.

Requirements
  • Retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
  • Ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
