About the Opportunity

Tiffany & Co., a leading luxury brand, is seeking an experienced Luxury Operations Manager to join its team in our Pitt Street, Flagship store.

This rare and exciting opportunity allows a skilled operations management professional to lead, develop, and support a high-performing team responsible for merchandise, facilities, after-sales client service, and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have minimum three years of people leadership experience, prior management or project management experience in retail and/or luxury retail industry, and proven ability to manage in-store operations while considering profitability and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security operations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage store facilities and systems to maintain a high-quality customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety practices across all store operations
  • Oversee shipping, replenishment of merchandise/stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and resources
