About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail Sales & Education Manager to join our team at Estée Lauder - Brand.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and motivated sales professional with luxury retail experience to take on a challenging role that combines sales, education, and leadership responsibilities. As a Luxury Retail Sales & Education Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business objectives through supporting in physical and virtual coaching in your designated region, efficient maintenance of assigned operation tasks including planning and execution, and providing expert guidance to counter managers and their teams.

You will work closely with the Assistant Store Operations Manager (ASOM) to develop and execute action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives of assigned counters. You will also analyze and review counter sales and Business Area (BA) performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance results.

A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to inspire and motivate others, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer service levels. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve retail sales targets, KPIs, and objectives of assigned counters.
  • Analyze and review counter sales and BA performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance results.
  • Provide expert guidance to counter managers and their teams on brand products, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Maintain a cohesive and cooperative work environment through effective communication, team building, and motivation.
  • Manage time, establish priorities, and delegate effectively to meet goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education, diploma, or university graduate preferred.
  • Previous retail management experience in the cosmetic field preferred.
  • Training and coaching background a plus.
  • Travel Retail experience advantageous.
  • Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Suite of tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
