Senior Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Engagement Manager to partner with our diverse portfolio of new clients. This role will see you working on the complete client onboardings, providing training and support for the range of services as per contractual arrangements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships through client contact during the onboardings and implementation process.
  • Provide support and training on platforms and services, allowing clients to optimise their service.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Account Managers to ensure client onboardings timelines are followed.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Provide regular updates on major client activity and feedback to colleagues in the Commercial Team.

As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth. If you have experience in client engagement and implementation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful onboardings and implementations. You will provide training and support to clients to help them get the most out of our services, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. They will be highly organised, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
