Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage client engagements from onboarding to completion. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution of tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate services environment. They should possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to solve problems and take ownership of tasks and actions.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of client engagements, including onboarding and completion.
  • Submit engagement documentation into various risk management systems for approval.
  • Prepare engagement letters and create job codes in SAP.
  • Verify accuracy of client information and utilize tax return software.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders throughout the Deals, Tax & Legal practice to progress engagements.
Key Qualifications

  • Administrative experience preferably in a corporate services environment.
  • Prompt and responsive customer service skills.
  • Flexibility with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to solve problems and take ownership of tasks and actions.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
  • Experience working successfully in teams and building collaborative relationships.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate people, information, and resources.
