About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Client Services team as a Client Services Officer. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in our Geelong office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for our Financial Advisers.
  • Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
  • Booking appointments, document management, data entry, and deliver general ad-hoc administrative support.
  • Deliver quality service and outputs to clients in both written and verbal form.
