  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with client needs and business objectives
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise chemical usage on-site
  • Conduct regular sampling, testing, and data analysis to support performance outcomes
  • Manage inventory and oversee safe chemical handling and transfer procedures
  • Perform equipment inspections, calibrations, and minor servicing
  • Support product trials, new equipment commissioning/decommissioning, and technical projects
  • Maintain accurate reporting and provide regular insights to both clients and internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a degree in Chemistry or a related Science discipline, experience in the Paper industry or working with paper machines, and strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivering value to clients.
