Production Manager Job Description">

This role oversees the production process ensuring high quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing chemical production schedules to meet customer requirements and industry regulations.
  2. Ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
  3. Monitoring and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly production performance metrics.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to their needs in a timely manner.
  5. Implementing and maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for employees.
  6. Organizing and supervising production staff to achieve set goals.
  7. Collaborating with senior management on production efficiencies and implementing improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Chemical Manufacturing industry.
  • Sound knowledge of ADG Code: Handling and Storage of Dangerous Goods.
  • Certified Allocator.
  • Training in Chain of Responsibility, NHVR, Clean Fleet, and Truck safe.
  • No criminal record.
  • Valid Forklift licence.
  • Valid Heavy Rigid Licence.
