Job Purpose:

The Regional Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the Global Chemical Sales team operates efficiently by handling administrative and sales support tasks. This enables sales reps to focus on building customer relationships and driving deal closures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Quotation and Pricing Support: Oversee freight rate requests, coordinate internal approvals, and ensure timely follow-up on offers.
  • Bid and Tender Administration: Provide administrative support for bid platforms and align with compliance guidelines.
  • System and Reporting Support: Extract reports from internal tools and maintain clean data to track regional sales performance.
  • Contracts: Upload customer contracts into the legal system and collaborate with sales reps to finalize contracts.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in CRM systems a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
