Senior Operations Manager

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, overseeing the systems and resources necessary to meet production targets.

This role requires strategic planning, organisational skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as practical knowledge of mining equipment and underground processes.

  • NNSW Undermanager Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate or tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field are required.
  • A proven track record of meeting production objectives is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and training of new staff members.

  • Driving performance across the underground operation.
