Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • NSW Undermanager Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate, essential for this senior role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field, providing a solid foundation for success.
  • Sound knowledge of underground mining processes and best practices, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Strong planning, organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
