AI Product Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Lead to drive the development and delivery of innovative AI systems. As a forward-thinking leader, you will be responsible for delivering scalable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience in product strategy and delivery. You will work closely with data scientists and engineers to bring prototypes into production and shape roadmaps that align with business goals.

  • Owning the product vision for key AI capabilities, with a focus on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning.
  • Working across data science and engineering teams to bring prototypes into production.
  • Shaping roadmaps, setting feature priorities, and tracking performance post-launch.
  • Translating business needs into ML/AI product opportunities.
  • Influencing stakeholders and aligning product direction with business strategy.
  • Championing responsible and ethical AI practices across the lifecycle.
  • Helping upskill teams and embedding AI into real business workflows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in AI or digital products, or technical delivery roles.
  • Experience working closely with data scientists and/or ML engineers.
  • Experience owning AI product strategy or translating AI research into scalable products.
  • Strong communication skills who can bridge technical + business thinking.
  • Ability to identify AI Opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML.
  • Fluent in Agile and iterative delivery practices.
  • Proficient in tools like SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or ML platforms.
