Product Marketing Expert

The Product and Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of product and customer marketing, including product positioning, retention strategies and tactics, sales enablement and customer engagement. This role bridges the gap between customer problems and solutions, making you a key advocate.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers.
  • Plan product launches and releases, managing cross-functional implementation.
  • Act as a thought leader through speaking engagements and written works.
  • Develop high-quality content, marketing campaigns, and monthly communications to support product adoption and sales efforts.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a product-facing role.
  • Skilled at writing complex sales enablement material and marketing content.
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven success with B2B product and customer marketing, including strategic Go-To-Market planning.
