Job Title: Product Leadership Role

About the Position:

The Product Leadership Role is a key position responsible for defining and supporting the development of digital products that meet customer needs. This role collaborates with stakeholders to understand customer requirements, develop product visions, and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and support the development of digital products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop product visions and roadmaps
  • Develop and communicate product visions and roadmaps in collaboration with business owners
  • Provide direction to small teams working on product development

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in product development as a Product Manager, overseeing all elements of the product lifecycle in an agile environment. You will focus on the customer, have impeccable communication skills, and be analytical, detail-oriented, organised, and a natural problem solver.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product development as a Product Manager
  • Experience working on Agile Release Trains or other agile initiatives
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
  • Design thinking/service design experience
