Lead Data Strategist

Shape and deliver impactful data products to drive smarter decisions, better member experiences, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of data products from requirements to launch and ongoing support.
  • Mentor a team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Track product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage stakeholders across the business to understand needs and communicate updates.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in a data, analytics, or digital product role.
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycles, reporting tools, and product concepts.
  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
