Job Title: Compliance Assurance Officer

We are seeking a Compliance Assurance Officer to coordinate our Quality Management System activities, encompassing procedures and document creation/revision, internal quality audit, and customer concerns management.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Manage Enterprise Quality Management Software effectively.
  • Promote Quality Policy and measure quality achievement throughout the organization.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, audits, and root cause analyses of Quality incidents.
  • Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation of audit results.
  • Implement new Quality Tools and strategies.
  • Track monthly metrics from our Quality Management System.
  • Monitor and advise on Quality Management System performance.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Science or a related field.
