Drive Compliance Excellence as an Assurance Leader

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced assurance professional to join our team and lead the development and implementation of best-in-class Compliance Assurance & Oversight functions. As a key member of our Oceania Compliance team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our compliance strategy and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and execute Compliance Assurance Plans (CAP) for Oceania branches to ensure effective risk management and control
  • Lead Compliance Risk Assessments for the Oceania branches to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Perform compliance monitoring and testing of branch functions in accordance with CAP and regulatory requirements
About You
  • Strong experience in assurance and compliance, with a proven track record of driving compliance excellence
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry qualification advantageous but not essential
