Compliance Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our assurance and risk management function, you will play a vital role in monitoring and enhancing our control framework.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting the Manager - Assurance and Risk with monitoring and enhancing the control framework through the identification of key areas for control improvement.
  2. Collaborating with the Brandspace Management and Shared Services teams to ensure recommendations are fit for purpose and sustainable once embedded.
  3. Participating in recurring management team risk and governance meetings to review the status of open items and track actions with responsible staff.
  4. Assisting stakeholders in process compliance by identifying and reporting non-compliance themes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Process and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in an operational role with exposure to process and compliance or similar.
  • Able to review, analyse and critique processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (SharePoint experience beneficial).
