Compliance Assurance Manager Role

We offer a great opportunity to work in our Compliance department as a Compliance Assurance Manager. The Assurance team collaborates with other departments to ensure comprehensive compliance across our organization, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance.

In this key position, you will be responsible for implementing our Compliance Assurance program for Australia/NZ, working autonomously to conduct thorough reviews from risk identification to verification and reporting. You will provide expert Compliance advice to our business units and support the wider Compliance team, liaising with various stakeholders.

  • Previous Audit, internal Audit or Assurance experience is essential
  • Ideal 5 years experience in Insurance or Financial Services
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tool would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of industry codes, complaints bodies and relevant regulations
  • Chartered Accounting or related qualifications desirable
