**Your opportunity**:
As our valued Compliance Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative, reporting, and process improvement support/assistance in the delivery of the TPG Customer Operations risk and compliance assurance frameworks. You will be required to undertake a number of tasks to assist in the monitoring and improvement of performance towards risk, compliance and discretionary spend targets/goals. This includes assessing, measuring, and communicating current performance, contributing to and advocating for key improvement initiatives, undertaking various awareness activities and acting as a specialist point of contact for related enquiries. You will be part of a motivated team engaging with the business to drive innovative solutions to resolve business problems that will arise.

The Compliance Assurance Specialist role is responsible for providing administrative, reporting, and process improvement support/assistance in the delivery of the TPG Customer Operations risk and compliance assurance frameworks.

**You'll make impact by**:

- Produce daily, weekly and end of month reports and insights detailing compliance and credits related business performance and metrics.
- Perform deep dives into trends and emerging opportunities as requested by leadership or identified/agreed through day-to-day function.
- Proactively explore and propose opportunities to improve or develop efficiencies with current processes and policies.
- Track outstanding actions and recommendation through to completion.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to help complete projects and improve internal processes and practices.
- Be alert to customer or business impacting risks or issues and raise these to the relevant stakeholders or leaders as needed.
- Assist with auditing information and processes as required.
- Be able to present and facilitate meetings on an ad hoc basis.
- Act as a point of contact to provide specialist advice and guidance for risk, compliance, credits, and escalation related enquiries.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Risk & Compliance Assurance Manager and Compliance Assurance Analysts as required.
- Adhere to TPG's policies and procedures as introduced and will vary from time to time.

**What you'll bring**:

- Curious, highly analytical and numerate with a high attention to detail.
- Self-learner with experience learning systems/platforms and analytical approaches.
- Good team working attitude with the ability to work proactively under own initiative with limited guidance.
- As part of a self-sufficient team, experience working on small projects from ideation to delivery would be valued.
- Experience presenting insights and ideas in a clear, concise manner to management.
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills (More specifically Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across TPG Telecom
