**Your opportunity**

BrandSpace offers brands access to some of the best retail media and space inventory in the world as well as a range of preformed and bespoke solutions that extend the potential of the Westfield retail environment.

Responsible for assisting the Manager - Assurance and Risk with monitoring and enhancing the Brandspace control framework through the identification of key areas for control improvement. This will be done in collaboration with the Brandspace Management and Shared Services teams to ensure recommendations are fit for purpose and sustainable once embedded.
- Assist the BrandSpace Management and Shared Services teams as required with the close out of outstanding risk mitigation actions stemming from audit and other report findings
- Assist in the establishment and embedding of a method of tracking and monitoring progress surrounding open audit issues and other risk mitigation actions
- Participate in recurring management team risk and governance meetings to review the status of open items and track actions with responsible staff.
- Assist stakeholders in process compliance by identifying and reporting non-compliance themes.
- Assist the Systems and Process team with the review and establishment of the SOP suite refresh and launch for Support Office
- Partner with BrandSpace Management and Shared Services teams to understand best practice procedures
- Assist the Risk and Assurance Manager to identify business process improvement initiatives that strengthen the control framework

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

- Advanced Microsoft Office (SharePoint experience beneficial)
