We are seeking an exceptional Area Sales Manager to join our thriving Consumer Sales team at Kimberly-Clark, a global leader in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. As a sales professional with a passion for delivering results-driven solutions, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and developing our iconic brands across all categories to key customer accounts within our Independent Grocery & Pharmacy (IGP) Channels.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will work autonomously while reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and exceed targets. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing successful customer-specific business plans to ensure product category targets are met
  • BUILDING TRUST with key customers through effective working relationships
  • Analyzing store sales results to identify areas of opportunities that will assist in achieving your set sales budget
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of the local market to inform tactical and strategic sales plans
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using digital tools
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recent or upcoming university graduate with a keen passion to grow and develop your career as an Area Sales Manager for a global FMCG company
  • Experience within the Pharmacy or Independent grocery channel, highly regarded
  • A self-starter, proactive, and resilient individual with the ability to work autonomously
  • Sound analytical skills and a current driver's license
Competitive Compensation Package:
