The Global Sales Strategist will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop effective plans.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their businesses and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and provide insights for future improvements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years FMCG sales experience, including experience within Food Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in basic administrative programs, including Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Travel required, estimated at 20-30%.
