Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support and administration for various customer ICT environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery: Provide remote and on-site service support, from initial troubleshooting to diagnosing, resolving, and repairing issues related to Infrastructure, Network, and Communications, and End User Devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • ITIL Knowledge: Working knowledge or certification in ITIL is essential for this position.
  • Customer Service: Outstanding customer service skills – written, verbal, and in-person.
  • SLA Experience: Experience working within SLAs and target timeframes.
  • Improvement Implementation: Identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing enhancements.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge and experience with Windows 10 Pro/11 Pro, O365 application suite, Adobe products, Copilot, printers, networking, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2+, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
