Technical Leadership Opportunity

This role provides the chance to lead a team of technical professionals and drive expertise in hardware deployments, diagnostics, and decommissioning. You will be responsible for supporting team performance by prioritizing tasks, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As a leader, you will model leadership principles, provide training, and accelerate career growth.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of computer hardware and components, and 3+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • 2+ years' experience directing, supervising, or managing others.
  • Ability to work shifts during non-standard hours.
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a production, mission-critical data center environment.
  • Applicable certifications: ITIL Foundation, ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+ etc.
  • 2+ years' experience leading diverse technical workforce.
