Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance, resolve issues and enhance system use to improve outcomes for teams and partners.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with access to not-for-profit salary packaging benefits and annual leave loading. You will work across technical support, using your expertise to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure systems are well configured and aligned to business needs.

  • Provide timely, expert support to help team members maximise technology applications
  • Work collaboratively to improve systems, processes, and overall user experience

We are looking for someone with a background in technical support and a sharp eye for detail. You should be a confident communicator and a natural problem-solver with solid knowledge of IT principles, software environments, and vendor coordination.

  • Proven experience in technical administration, configuration, and solution design for Client Management, Risk Management, Telephony and/or ERP Systems
  • Highly developed customer service skills including exceptional customer service and relationship management focus
  • Ability to troubleshoot, resolve and communicate solutions for systems issues across the organisation
