About the Role

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services, is seeking an experienced Strategic Healthcare Marketing Leader to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, this individual will develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the healthcare industry.
  • Support the ongoing career development of the marketing team.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to communicate the value proposition of Ecolab's healthcare solutions.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences and drive thought leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Senior marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
