About the Role

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth within the healthcare sector. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Develop marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ecolab's healthcare solutions.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
  • Drive thought leadership and industry influence through participation in key healthcare events, conferences, and industry associations.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Senior Marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, health and well-being subsidy, paid parental leave support, and opportunities to purchase additional annual leave.
