  • Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD.
  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate to develop the Home & Communities marketing strategy.
  • Implement initiatives across channels to meet campaign and business unit targets.
  • Oversee aspects of campaign management, development of related marketing collateral and process improvement.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders and members of the broader marketing and digital team.

 

Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated recent experience as a marketing manager or similar role.
  • Aged Care or Healthcare industry experience – strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated demand, lead generation and brand marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
