About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Macquarie Park, NSW. As a Marketing Manager at Catholic Healthcare, you will be responsible for driving growth across our Home & Communities business by developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet campaign and business unit targets;
  • Oversight of campaign management, development of related marketing collateral, and process improvement;
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders and members of the broader marketing and digital team;
  • Application of expertise to interpret and translate data to develop and implement plans to support the customer journey aligned to the sales and marketing funnel of various products and services;
  • Maintenance of strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across various channels, including digital and traditional media.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business/Marketing or equivalent;
  • Demonstrated recent experience as a marketing manager or similar role;
  • Aged Care or Healthcare industry experience – strongly preferred;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, analytics tools, and social media management platforms.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum (dependent on experience);
  • 7 additional leave days per year, NFP salary packaging & WFH options;
