About the Role:

As a Marketing Director for Ecolab's Healthcare division in ANZ, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth within the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs within the healthcare industry.
  • Support the ongoing career development of your team.
  • Develop marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ecolab's healthcare solutions.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences.
  • Drive thought leadership and industry influence through participation in key healthcare events, conferences, and industry associations.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and make recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Senior Marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
