This is a high-performing role that oversees the management of an assigned portfolio, focusing on customer retention and new business opportunities. The successful candidate will lead daily administrative activities, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve complex issues effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
  • Active Property & Casualty licensing, with professional designations like CIC preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional customer service, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
