Overview of the Position:

This role serves as a portfolio manager for system applications and products, overseeing the acquisition of corporate IT systems, including major enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development, testing, and deployment, with experience in architecting and designing secure solutions.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and performance targets, and for providing program management oversight for assigned portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement secure software solutions to support ERP systems.
  • Provide leadership and vision to drive the success of assigned portfolios and IT acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Tour of Duty: Set Schedule
  • Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive, No Access
  • FLSA: Exempt
  • Selective Service: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt

Qualifications:

  • Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in the competencies needed for the duties of this position.
  • Creditable specialized experience includes:
    • Providing portfolio management oversight for system applications and products.
    • Executing mission oversight and coordination for architecting, designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure software solutions.
