Portfolio Manager for Multi-Family Properties

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operations of our expanding multi-family portfolio. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple properties and ensuring their successful ongoing management.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in property management, with a strong background in the multifamily rental business and experience managing a large portfolio. You should also have expertise in property acquisitions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple properties within our portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
