Accounts Support Role

We are seeking a part-time support specialist to assist our finance team with accounts payable and receivable. The role is 15 hours per week, worked over 3 x 5-hour days.

The duties performed will include:

  • Coding and data entry of invoices and expense reimbursements
  • Allocation of payments received
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintenance of spreadsheets
  • General filing and ad-hoc accounts tasks

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
