Our Financial Services Department is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Part-Time Accounting Assistant.

This is a part-time role working approximately 16 hours per week, with at least one day required in our office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process payroll for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and practices.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an accounting assistant or bookkeeper.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed, particularly during month-end.
