The Role

This position plays a direct role in delivering services that enable an exceptional workplace experience and meet local business requirements.

This role involves:

  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports
  • Providing expert advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of annual field leadership initiatives and activities

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in property management, operational administration, and minor works delivery
  • A strong understanding of building systems and facilities management within a commercial or retail environment
  • Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to requests
  • Action-oriented and outcome-focused
  • Capable of concurrent problem solving and adaptability to changing work environments and workloads
