Property Asset Specialist

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is driven by delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, providing clear advice and updates on property-related matters.
- Coordinate property inspections, marketing campaigns, and leasing activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Support lease management, renewals, and rent reviews, with guidance from senior team members.
- Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and supplier coordination to minimize downtime.
- Manage invoices, service contracts, and day-to-day office administration tasks efficiently.
- Provide support on projects, meetings, and ad hoc tasks as required by senior management.
- Confident, professional, and proactive when interacting with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in lease agreements, contracts, or similar documentation is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Planner, MYOB, and Excel software applications.
- Flexible to handle occasional low-volume emergency calls outside regular working hours.
- Holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is essential.
- A Property Manager's License OR willingness to obtain upon commencement is required.
