Job Title

A seasoned professional is required to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial assets in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise a mixed asset portfolio to achieve high standards of service delivery, operational excellence and asset performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue enhancement.
  • Create budgets, reports, forecasts and audits, property inspections and manage operational issues effectively.
  • Design leasing strategies to improve occupancy and rental yields, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients while balancing multiple priorities.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience managing commercial/retail property portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of the Adelaide property market.
  • Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
