We are seeking a talented Enterprise Development Specialist to join our team at Holiday Inn and IHG. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in acquiring new business and managing accounts within our Corporate and Government sectors.

As an Enterprise Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with VIP clients, exploring new business opportunities, achieving personal and team sales goals, implementing sales plans, and producing and reviewing monthly reports.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in the hotel industry, preferably, but a passion for hospitality is essential.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Persuasive abilities to influence decisions effectively.
  • Market awareness and proactive approach to consumer behavior.
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on priorities.
