About the Job

Urban Property Group is a leading developer of quality homes, offices, retail and more for diverse communities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Director, your duties will include:

  1. Oversight and facilitation of development concepts, DA coordination and pre-lodgement meetings with the design team to ensure business and project targets are met.
  2. Facilitation of initial CC phase works of all projects with both design and delivery teams.
  3. Development and maintenance of good working relationships with local government authorities and consultants.
  4. Project support, facilitation and administration in collaboration with delivery team from project pre-planning phase, initiation and establishment phase through to delivery, project completion, final OC, handover and settlement.
  5. Monitoring current markets and preparation of feasibility studies & due diligences as required.
  6. Facilitation and management of LEP process, rezoning of land negotiations with governmental departments.
  7. Management and facilitation of all strata, stratum and land registration.
Requirements
  • A relevant bachelor's degree in property, commerce, design or construction.
  • Mixed use development and BTR experience required.
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong negotiation skills and evidence of successful engagements with key authorities.
