We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Financial Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Airport.

The Role

As the Supply Chain Financial Optimisation Specialist, you will be based on site at our Distribution Centre and play a critical role in developing and optimising key data related to the running of the DC operations. This includes financial performance tracking, KPI production, monitoring, and providing insights for key projects and initiatives.

You will provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to the Supply Chain team, engage with stakeholders to provide financial insights, review department and project performance, and leverage insights to influence commercial outcomes that maximise company returns. Working closely with the Supply Chain Leadership team, this role is essential to the commercial success of the Supply Chain function.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of business practices beyond accounting, experience preferably in Supply Chain, FMCG, retail, or wholesale, and supply chain domain expertise. You will also need advanced skills in MS Excel (VBA), SQL, Tableau, and financial modelling. Your outstanding attention to detail and data-driven analytical mindset will be key to success in this role.

Salary: AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
